Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage delivery for IT production systems and services 2 Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation and restoration 3 Monitor systems and trends and prevent occurrence of incidents, problems and errors and improve overall performance 4 Schedule, track and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using the applicable Configuration Management, Change Management and Production Service Readiness processes

Technical Experience : 1 Should have 7 years of experience in Service management roles 2 Good knowledge on SNOW and other ITMS tools 3 Should have experience performing Network transitions/ transformations Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area 4 ITIL V4 certified minim foundation 5 Should have supported Network operations

Professional Attributes : 1 Should have good communication skills 2 Should be ready to acquire new skills 3 Should be able to work in 24/7 4 Should be Flexible to support during OOH

Educational Qualification : Any Full time graduate
