Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : A: Provide L2/L3 support on AIX, VIO Servers, PowerHA Clusters B Hands on experience on Installation, Configuration and administration of Linux SUSE/ RHEL servers hosted on Cloud infrastructure C Sound understanding of AIX Servers Support, Virtualization, troubleshooting D Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day AIX Linux operating system installation, migration, Automation and break-fix support E Good Exposure on patching and vulnerability remediations

Technical Experience : A: Worked on Basic and Advanced system administration and troubleshooting on AIX, VIO, PowerHA B: Hands on experience on managing critical Linux workloads on Cloud environment Preferably SAP C: Experience in regular operating system Patching and vulnerability remediations D: Experience in Unix System hardening and Non-Compliance remediation E Hands on experience on Cloud Platform management will be preferred

Professional Attributes : A Good Verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients at varying levels of the organization B Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision C Take part in rotating 24×7 Shifts including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Additional Information : Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request
