Project Role Description :Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : Monitoring Application batches running in Escalating Mainframe and Autosys abends and getting them resolved within SLA First level job failure troubleshooting Autosys, Mainframes and AS400 Handling manual requests for Autosys and Mainframe coming in through request tickets and email Contacting application teams on day-to-day basis whenever required and resolve issues with minimal business impact
Technical Experience : Autosys – CABroadcom WCC/Putty Ticketing tool: Service Now Mainframes: CA-7 AS400 – Robot
Professional Attributes : Must have good understanding of production support environment and must be ready to work in 24/7 shift pattern Must have good knowledge on any of the Autosys and Mainframe tools Must have good communication skills and should be a fast learner to adapt to new environment quickly
Educational Qualification : 15 Years regular education
