Key Responsibilities : 1 Liaising with the customer technical representatives 2 Interact with customer and speak on technical issues 3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 4 Troubleshoot issues with Linux Server Deployment 5 Excellent troubleshooting skills on AWS Cloud 6 Task, Incident and Problem Management using Service Now

Technical Experience : 1 Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on RHEL Server Administration and working knowledge on Ubuntu and Amazon Linux 2 Excellent knowledge on AWS Cloud services like EC2, Load Balancer, ACM, EFS, Lambda, S3 buckets, AWS Backup, CloudWatch, SNS and SQS 3 Able to troubleshoot issues related with NFS and CIFS mount 4 Able to troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory integration with RHEL and Realm join 5 Able to work on server patching using Satellite and YUM 6 Hands on experience

Professional Attributes : 1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Experience must have been gained in a production environment
