Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Technical Experience : 1Experience in managing Citrix Virtual Apps Desktop with varied version starting from MPS 45, Xenapp 6x, Xenapp 7x Xenserver administration 2The Candidate should have experience in migration , Citrix Product Patching , Application Deployment, Profile Management , App Publishing Powershell Scripting
Professional Attributes : 1Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong writing skills and stakeholder management 2Excellent problem-solving skills and mitigate technical issues
Educational Qualification : 1Graduate/BTech 2Citrix Certification in CVAD Netscaler ADC
Additional Information : 5-8 years overall IT experience with around 5 years as Wintel,Citrix Administrator
