Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : A-Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration OS, databases, virtual networks, execution of scripting and monitoring automation B-Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration C-Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents / requests 4: Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool, Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer

Technical Experience : 1: Azure VM should be able to build, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating system 2: Windows Server operating system 2102 / 2016 /2019 3: Adequate Knowledge of MS Patching using WSUS and SCCM 4: Understanding of Storage, Networking and backup devices and troubleshoot network protocols 5: Azure Storage accounts, NSG, Vnet, Vnet peering, log analytics 6: Basic understanding of server hang /crash dump analysis 7: Experience on the following protocols/components DNS /Active Directory
