Key Responsibilities : Scheduling Of Control-M Jobs includes Creation the Jobs, Scheduling the jobs according to clients requirement, modifying the jobs Performing day to day monitoring of scheduled jobs, contacting application team for failed jobs, completing the scheduled jobs Scheduled task like Billing, Dunning and Printing etc within SLA Initiate appropriate action to address the alerts Respond and resolve IM tickets CTMCRs within the stipulated timeframe defined Work with developers to optimize the productivity

Technical Experience : Good Knowledge on BMC Control-M Enterprise Manager and Control-M Desktop tools Basic knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating system Working knowledge on MS Excel

Professional Attributes : Basic knowledge of Batch scheduling environment Control-M tools Basic knowledge of Operation systems good verbal and written communication Basic knowledge of MS Excel Must have 2 years of experience in Control-M scheduling for a Scheduler Role Good verbal and writing.

Educational Qualification : As per the Accenture Standards

Additional Information : Shell Scripting Knowledge in networking Knowledge on other Batch Scheduling tools
