Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Create and update Control-M scheduling working with application team and project manager to design complex batch automation 2 Integration of multiple applications with Control-M 3 all Control-M run control calendars to ensure run date accuracy 4 Provide plan to carry out major migrations and upgrades 6 Perform RCA for Control-M job failures for agent communication

Technical Experience : 1 Good knowledge on Resolve Control-M agent, Control Module communication issues 2 Experience in standard naming convention for jobs, Unix and Windows servers 3 experience on create jobs to monitor the agent status and for reporting to alerts in case of unavailability 4 hand On experience in Migration/Upgrade of Control-M environment 5 Create reports using The Control-M/EM Reporting Facility 6 Extensive use of Quantitative and Control resources for workload balance and to make the jobs to wait a
