Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : A: Provision database instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations B: Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases C:Managing the database storage structures D: Prepare documentations and specifications E: Proactively monitoring the databases health and taking preventive or corrective action as required F: Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc G: Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary
Technical Experience : A: Should have 5 to 7 years experience Strong proficiency in DB2 database management B: Decent experience with recent versions of DB2 C: Installing Oracle Software and Creating database D: Performing upgrades of the database and software to new release levels E: DDL, DML, DCL, partitioning on DB2 F: Set up performance/tuning monitoring for DB2 G: Database monitoring and alerts H: Improve database availability and uptime by ensuring the appropriate monitoring and alerting configurations
Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
Educational Qualification : Graduation
Additional Information : A: Should be open to work in 24/7 shifts
