Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : Exadata Database Machine administration L2/L3 support Database administration, patching and upgrade Troubleshoot Exadata related issues

Technical Experience : – 4 years of experience in Oracle Database administration -Exposed to Exadata Machine Administration -Experience in managing at least one Oracle database release Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c on large systems -Experience in database refresh, cloning, installation, upgrade and backup restore -Exadata storage servers upgrades and patching -Exposure to Oracle Linux or Oracle Solaris -Exposure in Oracle Real Application Cluster RAC management, Automatic Storage Management ASM, and Oracle Data Guard

Educational Qualification : 15 Years

Additional Information : -12c OCP certification – Knowledge on ITIL standard and best practices
