Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1: Exadata Database Machine administration L2-L3 support 2: Database administration, patching and upgrade 3: Troubleshoot Exadata related issues

Technical Experience : 1: Experience in Oracle Database administration 2: Exposed to Exadata Machine Administration 3: Experience in managing at least one Oracle database releaseOracle 11g, 12c, 18c, 19c on large systems 4: Experience in database refresh, cloning, installation, upgrade and backup restore 5: Exadata storage servers upgrades and patching 6: Exposure in Oracle Real Application Cluster RAC management, Automatic Storage Management ASM, and Oracle Data Guard
