Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Key Responsibilities : Liaising with the customer technical representatives Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new OS features Basic of DOM0 level patchingNeed expertise knowledge if it come to our backet, currently handling by Oracle Hardware failure investigation, needs to work closely with Oracle vendor Command level expertise for EXACC like exack, tfadiag,CRS and others Must have Oracle/AWS/Azure Cloud knowledge and Automatic Storage Management ASM

Technical Experience : 4-6 yrs of experience in Depth Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and Virtualization Minimum 3 yrs of experience in managing the Linux Servers, must have strong knowledge on troubleshooting Knowledge of Scripting tools Shell , Ansible , Python

Professional Attributes : Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Flexible to work in 24/7 shift Must be a team player Must be open to learn

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree Additional Info: ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certified Preferred to have Oracle Cloud
