Project Role Description :Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Respond to user or client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool 3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 4 Manage the incidents, infra structure changes

Technical Experience : 5 Years current hands-on experience operationally supporting Oracle RDBMS to include Oracle 11g R2 and 12c -3 years of experience hands on in Exadata Very Good Exprience on Oracle RAC, Oracle DataGuard, Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN -Very good knowledge in Oracle Linux or Oracle Solaris with scripting -Very Good Experience in Goldengate HA, troubleshooting experience to resolve Oracle -GoldenGate issues -Good exposure with respect to OEM ??Patch Management and Version Control
