Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Minimum 3-6 Years of experience supporting IBM i systems as administrator and hands-on experience with HMC 2 Experience in AS400 Security Management, Communications, Operating System Upgrades , PTF deployment and Storage Based Replication 3 Experience with BRMS Backup and restore process

Technical Experience : 1 Experience with replication tool such as MIMIX and troubleshooting errors 2 Has performed at least one major system hardware upgrade 3 Has performed at least one major operating system upgrade 4 Has performed at least one full system restore

Educational Qualification : Any graduates
