Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Technical Experience : -Must have 7 years of AS/400 system Operations/Administrator experience -Server daily health check activities -User profile and Security management -Job management, job life cycle, OUTQ management etc -Backups and other jobs for problem determination and resolution -Patch management -IBM supported network architecture and configurations – TCP/IP, SNI, SNA etc -Hands-on experience working on HMC/LPAR Management, MIMIX, Robot, Migration, OS upgrade, VTL and VIOS i Restoration and BRMS
Professional Attributes : – Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization – Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision – Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree
