Project Role Description :Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Participate in incident management meetings, drive initiate SRT bridges 3 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality and consequently identifies opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations of the client supported 4 Drive metrics for Hopping, backlog, reopen tickets ageing tickets

Technical Experience : 1 In-depth Knowledge and understanding of IBM DataStage , Talend , SnapLogic Vistaplus 2 Install , Manage, configure administer different components of IBM DataStage, Talend, SnapLogic Vistaplus 3 Setup of Middleware products in a cluster environment and upgrade Migration and patching plans 4 Provides expert-level administration , security and problem resolution for all components of IBM DataStage, Talend, Snap Logic Vista-plus

Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues/requirements accurately and succinctly in a manner that business users can understand 2 Good presentation skills 3 Ability to multi-task and participate in large, complex, and concurrent projects
