Project Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : A;Primary responsibility is in the area of ticket resolution; understanding the details provided in the logged ticket validate the completeness of the information so provided and where required collect further information from the client to resolve the ticket raised B;Validate the completeness of the information provided and if required collect further information from the client C;Analyze the problem with collected information D;Provide any additional information as required for the maintenance
Technical Experience : A;Experience in Linux/ Windows O/S B;Experience in Java programming / Shell scripting / any scripting language C;Experience in analysing the issue or application errors D;Experience in Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory would be an added advantage E;Experience in CI/CD would be an added advantage F;Experience in Banking domain would be an added advantage
