Technical Experience : 1 ITIL Incident/Service Request and Knowledge Management 2 ITSM – ServiceNow 3 Establish writing guidelines based on knowledge base best practices and develop the team to ensure they are achieving or surpassing them
Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent communication skills with neutral accent 2 Excellent written communication skills with email etiquette 3 Good problem solving skills 4 Flexible to work in rotational and night shift 5 Ability to remain calm and courteous while facing customer or managing back-to-back calls
Educational Qualification : BE
