Project Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities : Role: Absence Management 1 Work with the Leads to align with project milestones and ensure timely delivery 2 Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery 3 Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accruals and timekeeper 4 Mentor junior members

Technical Experience : 1 Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Workforce Management domain is a must 2 Minimum 1 years of experience in Workforce Dimensions 3 Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping and Accruals 4 Must have knowledge on Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup in Workforce Dimensions 5 Must have knowledge on Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup in Workforce Dimensions 6 Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in Dell Boomi is an added advantage
