Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : A: Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution relating to current applications B: Promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve the quality of services delivered and customer satisfaction C: Provide support to the business during day-to-day activities and ad-hoc requests D: Must monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected

Technical Experience : A: Good to have knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server B: Good technical knowledge in MS SQL Server development C: Experience in SQL Server DTS design, constructing, and deployment D: Experience in creating indexed views, complex stored procedures, effective triggers, and useful functions to facilitate efficient data manipulation and consistent data storage
