Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1-Responsible to support SQL Server and Oracle production database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by the business systems 2-Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system 3-To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime 4-Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include roll-out and upgrades

Technical Experience : – Should have strong SQL Server and Oracle Database Administration experience – Experience of managing multiple RDBMS on large systems – Experience of working in a team that delivers a high availability service – Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service – Oracle Certification, preferably OCP, Microsoft Certification is good to have

Professional Attributes : Should have professional experience of 5 years to work in development/support environment in IT industry

Educational Qualification : BE / BTech / MCA

Additional Information : work from Ahmedabad location – AO
