Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Building and managing database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end users specialized role – User and security Management, access privileges – High availability Features like Replication and always on – Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required 2 Must have skill: SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2017/2019 administration knowledge 3 Good to have skills: SSRS, Powershell basics

Technical Experience : 1 InstallConfigure SQL Server and maintain database servers and processes 2 Manage backup, restore and recovery models 3 Providing access for users and security isses 4 Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster 5 Recovery options for SQL Server 6 Performance Tuning and Optimization related issues Microsoft sql server Version updates and patching activities 7 Create or deploy SQL Server agent jobs 8 Support hours 185 working hours and oncall 24
