Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases 2 Configure and maintain database servers and processes 3 Monitor systems health and performance 4 Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security 5 Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time

Technical Experience : 1 Should be able to write queries for good support of database validations or logs 2 Good knowledge on high availability Always ON, Replication, clustering etc 3 Experience in troubleshooting slow running queries and take necessary steps to resolve them 4 Troubleshooting the fails backup jobs 5 Experience in SQL Server Version Upgrades6 Microsoft DBA is often needed to deploy SQL Server portion of software releases

Educational Qualification : BE or B Tech or MCA or equivalent 4 year degree or PG in computers
