Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : 1-Liaising with the customer technical representatives 2-Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new OS features 3-A server engineers job role requires configuring and managing Windows Servers VDI including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability 4-Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 5-Troubleshoot issues with Windows Server Deployment
Technical Experience : 1-Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows Server Administration Windows 2008/12/16 /19 2-Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on VMware Administration vSphere 5x and 6x versions Hands on experience in WSUS and SCCM 3-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Knowledge of DHCP, AD, DNS, DFS and basic networking knowledge 4-Windows core level troubleshooting 5-Capable of patching windows servers using WSUS knowledge on implementing AV products
Professional Attributes : 1-Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2-Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3-Experience of handling a Team
Educational Qualification : Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Additional Information : 1-Experience in Financial Services industry is highly desired 2-Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
