Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : -Work on Incidents, service requests, changes and problems -Troubleshoot OS related issues

Technical Experience : -Experience in different technologies like Active Directory, Windows, SCCM VM Ware, Expertise in Microsoft Operations Management -Knowledge in Windows administration

Professional Attributes : -An ability to learn new technologies quickly -Good time management skills -An ability to follow processes -Strong documentation skills -Good communication skills both written and verbal

Educational Qualification : -Minimum Graduate on BTech, BE, BCA, BSc computers or BSc IT -Masters on computers and IT preferred
