Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : Designs Windows Server solutions based on best practices for scale up and out Drives automation initiatives for Servers provisioning, configuration and decommissioning Develops business cases to justify strategic investment in systems architecture, including analysis of future growth and cost reduction opportunities Provides technical engineering and design review for new Server platforms, applications, infrastructure, and hardware Identifies and reports Key Performance Indicators

Technical Experience : Experienced in L3-L4 level on day to day operational issues and runtime operations Experience on Patch Management Tool administration like WSUS, SCCM Must have a hands-on experience of system administration of Windows Server-side infrastructure like Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, Active Directory, Server Hardware and associated technologies like DNS, DHCP, WINS and Group Policies Data migration and replication Automating existing processes with scripting in PowerShell and Unix shell Knowledge a
