Key Responsibilities : Provide support for Active Directory, Citrix, and Enterprise Microsoft Operating System-based servers Respond to Critical Alerts and take required actions to correct issue and return server to production health Evaluate and troubleshoot existing Active Directory, Windows Servers, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, VMware and Citrix Environment Patch and vulnerabilities Management vulnerabilities: Test patches and updates for Microsoft Windows servers on an on-going basis Adhere to strict Change Problem

Technical Experience : experience administering Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 domains for global organizations Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS Troubleshooting Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Systems Experience with VMware and Citrix suite of products XenApp XenDesktop Experience with monitoring tools Microsoft System Center products mainly Configuration Manager and Operations Manager, Stratosphere, and vRealize Operations Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP HP server
