Project Role :Technology Architect

Project Role Description :Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Participate in incident management meetings, drive initiate SRT bridges 3 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality and consequently identifies opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations of the client supported Drive metrics for Hopping, backlog, reopen tickets ageing tickets

Technical Experience : 1 Good hands-on experience on Windows server administration 2 Deep technical knowledge in VMware virtualization version 5x or 6x Troubleshooting skills analytical skills in Windows server 3 Installing, Managing, Patching and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers 4 Managing data security, configuring user access, and maintaining the stability of the system

Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, team building , analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

Educational Qualification : 1 BTech or BCA 2 Full 15 yrs of education with no gaps
