Project Role :Database Administrator
Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : A: Provision database instances B: Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases C: Prepare documentations and specifications D: Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc E: Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary F: Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Technical Experience : 1 Experience in Configure, manage and troubleshoot MongoDB Sharded cluster 2 Good troubleshooting skills on performance issues, replication issues, or operational issues like alerts alert log, jobs, disk group, etc 3 Good understanding of DB schema design, performance tuning and capacity planning 4 Experienced in upgrades of MongoDB, database migrations and patching 5 Knowledge in Optimizing query performance 6 Experience in Implementing and maintaining MongoDB OPS Manager/Cloud Manager
Professional Attributes : 1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Flexible to work in 247 environment
