Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Design and implement NetApp storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning 2 Administer Fiber Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches 3 Design and Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Snapmirror and other NetApp tools 4 Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions 5 Create and update documentation for storage procedures

Technical Experience : 1 Should have sound experience in NetApp C Mode Data Ontap, NetApp HCI, MetroCluster, N2WS and Dell technologies, RAID Levels, Flashpool and Flexclone 2 Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols 3 Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected 4 Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches 5 Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning 6 Proven skills in understanding customer storage
