Project Role :Data Centre Lead
Project Role Description :Manage the physical components of a data center, such as floor space, air conditioning, power, installations. Manage vendors and vendor components. Typically manage 24/7 services, such as batch management and system event monitoring. Manage data center operators.

Key Responsibilities : a Keep track and help follow up over the Open issues/incidents on newly migrated sites b Globally Participate in internal weekly meetings for service delivery reporting c Participate in external meeting with the customer to report on service delivery metrics d Participate in technical troubleshooting bridge to ensure focused troubleshooting and timely updates towards the customer e Participate in the follow-up Problem management calls with customer support, own and drive short projects

Technical Experience : a Good knowledge on RDBMS Oracle technology b Hands on experience on Cloud control and data guard technology c Good Monitoring skills d Experience in handling incidents and user request e Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server administration f Knowledge on SAP Oracle database administration

Professional Attributes : a Fluent business English is required b Positive and courageous style of communication c Ready to work in rotational shift

Educational Qualification : a Bachelors / Masters degree of education b ITIL V3/V4 certification
