Key Responsibilities : 1 Relevant Years of People Soft technical experience 2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Configure, test and support ancillary HR cloud applications 4 Work with QA team to assist in preparing test scenarios and test cases for the solution to be developed 5 Knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture 6 The resource is expected to have People tools 858 and above upgrade experience with Oracle Database background

Technical Experience : 1 Experience in supporting PeopleSoft HCM application and developing solutions using PeopleSoft tools 2 Good to have Solution development in PeopleSoft modules – Core HR, Benefits, Talent, ESS, MSS, Payroll 3 Good to have writing complex Oracle SQLs, developing PeopleSoft Fluid UI, Integrations and Application packages
