Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for working with client for DB requirements, performance, and integration issues and provide better solutions or approach along with capacity planning 2 Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in relation to CPU, I/O, Memory, and DB arch 3 Responsible for DB migration;onprem to onprem or to cloud Ora to PGSQL 4Responsible for resource layout for new application from DB side 5Responsible of installation,configuration of DB,perform database health monitoring and diagnostics
Technical Experience : 1 Hands-on experience in installation,configuration and troubleshooting 2 Good knowledge and experience on backup and restore technologies 3 Strong knowledge on performance tuning, Analyzing and optimizing SQL queries 4 Expertise on database patching assessment and troubleshooting issues 5 Scripting and Automation for database related activities
Professional Attributes : 1 Strong troubleshooting skills 8 yrs of hands on experience 2 Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical employees and with vendors of system related products 3 Work closely with team and be an active contributing memberwilling to Participate in on call duty as required
Educational Qualification : BE/BTECH MCA
