Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : – Communicating the vision of CSI across the Accenture organization and to the Client – Agrees together with the stakeholders on the criteria for the CSI entries – Coordinates any improvement actions beyond the BAU required to maintain or improve services triggered by Accenture based on the inputs of the Tower Leads – Ensures BAU improvement actions are fully documented in the CSI Tracker – Reviews of progress updates for improvement opportunities within CSI Tracker

Technical Experience : -Plan and deliver CSI Tracker, CSI Proposals and CSI activity metrics – Should have experience as a CSI Manager/Lead – Able to schedule Service Evaluations based on defined service dimensions
