What would you do?

You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will be aligned with our Recruitment vertical. Our services span across the entire accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings – Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the world’s leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life and enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Read, understand and analyze client process as per the business rules.
• Execute the process accurately and timely as a hands-on processor.
• Job Posting for open requisition.
• Screen the candidates applying for the role as per the sourcing requirements.
• Schedule an interview with the hiring manager and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Scheduling interviews between hiring manager and candidates.
• Communicate with client/onshore team via phone and e-mail to complete assigned tasks.
• Pay close attention to quality of written and verbal communication.
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Participate in client conference calls and prepare ‘minutes of meeting’.
• Daily/weekly calls with the recruiters to discuss the candidates status and get the feedback.
• Identifies and updates process documentation that is utilized by the team.
• Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process improvisation.
• Assesses and resolves non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative.
• Support Team lead / SME with Daily stats / reporting and business transformation
• Flexible in adapting change in process when required.
• Support & creating “Root Cause Analysis” on issues face and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
• Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls.
• Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
• Update process metrics on daily basis and maintain MIS.
• Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
• Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
• Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls.
• Participate in Team building activities.
