Key Responsibilities : a. Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required b. Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool c. Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer d. Manage the incidents, infra structure changes e. Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority f. Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes g. Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies
Technical Experience : 1 Advanced Linux Administration 2 Puppet 3 SVN 4 Linux Patching 5 Configure, manage and maintain all required server services and processes eg, CRON, Samba, NFS, NTP etc 6 Lightweight Directory Access Protocol LDAP centralized user authentication software installation and configuration 7 File system maintenance eg extension and reduction, mount points, VG/DG selection etc
Professional Attributes : -Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently
Educational Qualification : Any graduate
Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
