Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1, Primarily work needs to do on incidents, RITM request and CRs related to Linux that are raised by client and understand the SLA 2, To complete all BAU activities within SLAs and manage an end-end communication with client 3, To work on patch/vulnerability management Linux 4, To OS security management operations, operations on file system structure, server building, decommissioning, boot processing

Technical Experience : 1, Should have basic knowledge on Linux and Cloud 2, Should have a Linux certification 3, Should have basic knowledge on cloud VMs, Azure Network, Azure Compute

Professional Attributes : 1, Should have excellent communication skills and patience to handle clients in difficult situations 2, Willingness to learn new technologies/services in Linux on cloud platform 3, Should maintain a healthy collaboration within the team 4, Should be able to Manage KT calls and MOM creations

Educational Qualification : 1, bachelors in engineering/technology 2, minimum 15 years of full-time education
