Key Responsibilities : Need to provide RSA Archer application platform support Need to coordinate with Devlopment team, CD team ,Database team to complete all stay current initiatives Work with the vendor to fix all operation issues in the RSA Archer tool

Technical Experience : Minimum should have 1- 2 year working experience in RSA Archer tool and familiar with Service Now ticket management

Professional Attributes : Should have good attitude and quick learner
