Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : As a SAP Basis Administrator, candidate should 1 Prepare daily system check reports 2 Perform Transports and Troubleshoot STMS issues 3 Troubleshoot the performance issues of SAP systems, Interfaces and Connections 4 Perform regular SAP patching activities including SPAM/SAINT upgrade, ST-PI and ST-A/PI Upgrades, Support pack upgrades, Client Copy, System Refresh etc 5 Support the Database and OS Patching activities 6 Printer configuration and management

Technical Experience : 1 Candidate must have basic experience on SAP ERP systems, SAP Portal and SAP BW 2 Candidate must have knowledge on various Database and OS flavours

Professional Attributes : 1 Candidate should have good communication skills 2 Should have good documentation and presentation skills

Educational Qualification : BE BTech BCA/MCA MSC in CSE/ISE, MTech

Additional Information : Candidate should be able to work on 24/7 Shift Model
