Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : Installation, Upgrades Version Upgrade, EHP Upgrade, SPS Upgrades and Kernel Upgrades,Capacity Planning HANA administration and performed HANA revision upgrades including MDC conversions Experience in Configuring Data Replication/Virtualization of DATA between SAP and NON SAP applications Setting up SAP Data integration Solutions for Cloud based applications Migration of Solution manager from Oracle to HANA Database

Technical Experience : implementing different SAP authentication scenarios for traditional ABAP, Java and gateway,Systems/applications, Homogeneous System Copy from Production to Acceptance environments S/4 HANA Conversion POC-project from EHP8 ECC 60 to S/4 HANA 1809, Setting up of DBA-cockpit to perform HANA DB administration activates, Solution Manager, in setting up CHaRM/EWR/Managed system configuration and enabling Hands on experience on data warehouse cloud is must
