Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Must be able to install, configure and administer SolarWinds components to include Network Performance Monitor NPM, Network Configuration Manager NCM and Network Traffic Analyzer NTA, WPMVNQM, including servers and application infrastructures AWS and On-premise setups 2 Must be able to plan, configure, implement and maintain the Dynatrace tool by performing administrative tasks from the console 3 Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Elasticsearch environments on cloud AWS and on-premise

Technical Experience : 1 Experience configuring monitors using SNMP, WMI, JMX and other technologies 2 In- depth experience in installing, configuring, maintaining Grafana in Cloud or on-premise environments 3 Should have good hands-on experience in setting up and creating Grafana dashboards using variety of data stores , like Prometheus, Graphite, Influx DB, and Elasticsearch 4: Must have skills – SolarWinds, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, InfluxDB
