Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : a: understanding of a clients current state process and providing the support b: Recommending road maps to close supporting gaps and supporting high level applications c: Gathering and analyzing business requirements providing the support accordingly d: Aligning business requirements and best practices to support effeciently
Technical Experience : a: should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Splunk code modules b: Strong knowledge in implementing Splunk alerts, data ingestion c: Integrating Splunk with ServiceNow or similar service management tools d: Good to have and experience in UIM Nimbus monitoring or similar tools
Professional Attributes : a: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills b: Strong written and verbal communication skills c: Should have Client facing quality and should work with client ASLs d: Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiatives

15 years of full time education
