Key Responsibilities : A Technical and configuration work to ensure Splunk Universal forwarder is installed and running B Check if the host has been correctly whitelisted to receive configuration from Splunk Deployment ServerC Check the endpoint configuration to send the collected logs by Splunk UF is set D Check the SSL certificates used by Splunk UF is valid and has enough permissions E Check if the connectivity of Splunk UF with Splunk deployment server and Splunk indexer cluster is working as expected E JIRA Exp

Technical Experience : A 4 years of experience in Splunk B 4 years of application development and support C Proficient in Splunk query language SPL D Strong technical knowledge of Red hat Linux, Firewalls and Load Balancing principles E AWS architect and sysops certified or equivalent Azure and/or GCP experience is also preferred
