Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Technical Experience : 1Architectural knowledge on Rubrik TSM Backup Infrastrcuture 2Experience on performance analysis in Backup software and hardware in a large scale corporate environment 3Capability to handle/troubleshoot different application backups including Database backup Oracle, MS SQL and SAP NDMP backups 4Knowledge on snapshot/cloud backups
Professional Attributes : 1Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices including ITIL methodology 2Ability to analyze and understand complex technical issues 3Ability to proper vendor communication 4Ability to work in large team 5Good presentation skill
Educational Qualification : 1Graduate/BTech, 2Good to have certification on TSM/Rubrik and any Public Cloud
