Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : a:Resource will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for Linux-based hosts, their services, monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving problems, to improve the platform b: Provide operational leadership Provide team leadership in managing work streams, on call rotations, an escalation point for technical and operational concerns c: Provide technical support maintenance of production, development systems, administration of environments d:Strong understanding of unix, shell scripting
Technical Experience : 5-6 yrs Technical Exp a: Good Knowledge on Linux Files permission File systems management, Account Management, Performance Monitoring, Backup by Linux native tools and Logical Volume Management b: Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring/analysis, and health check c: Experience on incident, change and problem management process Good Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting on Linux, OS Hardening, performance tuning, OS Patching
Professional Attributes : a: Experience must have been gained in a production environment b: Should have good communication and presentation skills c: Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
