Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : – VMware Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and manage VMware virtualization infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines VMs – VM Provisioning and Management: Create, configure, and monitor VMs, ensuring proper allocation of resources, network connectivity, and storage provisioning – Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and optimizing resource utilization -Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve VMware-related issues, including network connectivity, storage, and performance problems, working closely with other IT team

Technical Experience : – Proven experience as a VMware Administrator or in a similar role – Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, vCenter Server, and ESXi – Proficiency in VM provisioning, configuration, and management – Experience in troubleshooting VMware-related issues and performance optimization – Familiarity with virtual networking and storage concepts

Professional Attributes : Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think logically through a problem Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution, Ability to work in shift patterns and provide out of hours On-Call support collaborate with other team members.
