Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : Work directly with key IT stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitates discussions to provide solutions and timelines b: Ensure critical operational parameters are met like, SLAs for the incident, change, and reports c: Work with team to identify automation opportunity d: Analyze virtual environment and Azure Infra and Plan out service improvement plan which includes timely upgrades are performed, risks are identified and resolved e : Ensure VMware an Azure environment is up to date

Technical Experience : Experience and knowledge in VMWARE and Azure IAAS as below: a: Hands-on experience in VMWARE 6x and above b: Powercli Scripting c: Planning and designing new deployments d: Perform upgrades Firmware Software e: Performance monitoring and reporting f: Troubleshooting priority issues g: Understanding of various hardware devices from multiple vendors like HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM, etc Automation of various task performed at VMware level i Experience on P2V V2V Manage Azure IAAS environment

Professional Attributes : a: Good Verbal and written communication skills to connect with the customer at varying level of the organization b; Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision

Educational Qualification : a: Regular 15 years of full-time education b: VMware certified: VCP-DCV VCAP-DCV c: Microsoft MCSA,
