Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : -Demonstrated knowledge/experience in either one of the following environments – VMware 6x and 7Xversion, Windows Server administration 2012, 2016, 2019 -Server Excellent customer focus, Proven ability to manage multiple incidents -In-depth technical advice and service to clients/or and internal stakeholders to ensure development of efficient systems, utilizing established architecture standards, processes, methodologies and tools

Technical Experience : -Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server Administration 2012/2016/2019 Min 3 Years experience -Excellent knowledge on VMware Administration vSphere 6x, 7x versions Min 3 Years experience -Hands on experience in WSUS or SCCM -Hands on Troubleshooting skills in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 VMware Issues -Hands on Experience in troubleshooting Physical hardware -HP, Dell VxRail server issues

Professional Attributes : -Excellent Written and Verbal Communication -Flexible to work in 24×7 Shifts Compulsory -Experience in Direct Customer Interaction over email and phone

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
