Key Responsibilities : 1 Analysis, design, implement, test, and review various workforce experience project initiatives 2 Take initiative in solving complex business and/or technical problems 3 Create and maintain the project build and configuration documentation 4 Develop automation scripts for migrating configurations of WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal and WCM and deploy applications 5 Work with WebSphere portal architect to convert CSS and other artifacts into portal themes, layouts and skins

Technical Experience : 1 Must have: WebSphere Application Server Portal Administration 2 Good to have : WebSphere portal 85 or higher ,WebSphere portal architect to convert CSS 3 Good to have : Experience in WCM content creation migrationJSR 286 Portlet development 4 Good to have : Mastery of Java programming language along with J2SE ecosystem with advanced knowledge of other multiple programming / scripting languages 5 Good to have : IBM HTTP server , DB2 application, Shell scripting, Agile development tools Jira ,
