Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Administration, Citrix XenDesktop Architecture Good to Have Skills Job 2 Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge Citrix Farm 3 Install/Decommission applications on Citrix Servers Publish /Troubleshoot / Uninstall App
Technical Experience : 1 Managing Citrix Environment- Changes, Access Requests, Troubleshooting Issues Managing the Terminal Servers in the Environment Coordinate with Application 2 Teams for any Requests/Issues/Changes in the application environment Coordinate with external vendors to install new applications or patched/hotfixes in existing applications Coordinate with other teams for any domain specific support requirements Coordinate with L3 for any requests/issues/changes 3 Understanding of Service Level Agreeme
